Thanks Maggie, it was a great day yesterday I hope today goes as well. Unfortunately there are no trains between Liverpool St and Marks Tey today because of engineering works so I’ll have to stay in.
Favourites from yesterday were the Hecks Perry and Wilkins Cider – both gorgeous. Janet’s jungle juice was also a treat, and the sneaky preview of Gwynt-y-ddraig which was being held back in the garage!
Glad you enjoyed it! Don’t forget to come back to the Rochford Beer and Cider Festival, starting November 20th, at The Freight House. At least 36 ciders and perries!

Just discovered your web site. Was down in Hockley visiting friends in September and paid a visit to the cider festival in Rochford with them. Never drank much cider before but sampled a few there. Especially liked the perry. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
Enjoyed the ciders and perries but the weather was a bit cool on Sunday.
