More please. I would like to see you evaluate all of the currently available industrial ciders and ‘pear ciders’ (whatever they might be!). This is important work, and I wouldn’t trust it to anyone else. Besides, I’m certainly not doing it.

I would love to see more tastings! Being a wine freak who has just got bitten by the cider bug I would love to see some more of your tastings.

nice post – didnt even know Poland ‘did’ ciders! like the online review style – keep up the good work!
