Brothers Cider
From Ukcider
Brothers Cider is a brand of cider originating in Somerset but now available at music festivals and stores accross the country and online.
The cider is made with a carefully selected pear juice using a fermentation process that's been developed over generations to retain the natural sparkle and preserve the more delicate flavours. Brothers' use their own specially grown yeast and do not rely on commercially available dried stuff. During fermentation, everything is kept under pressure to make sure the finished cider retains all its own carbonation, some producers just pump in CO2. This results in distinctivly small bubbles and the fact the cider stays fizzy longer.
