Clee Hill

The only pub in Shropshire selling Rich's Devon cider ! Good little pub right at the top of Clee Hill with panoramic views across several miles towards Ludlow and the Welsh mountains . Also you can watch peregrine falcons from the disused quarry nextdoor . Accommodation also available . August 2006. BBC Shropshire article (doesn't mention cider)

Quatt
- Cider House Wootton Green (01746 780285)
Isolated cider house much extended but the original bar is still relatively unspoilt. Approached via narrow lanes which can be a little treacherous during the summer when the cider house is very popular with a younger and older crowd. All the information you could want for at http://www.rjdunn.co.uk/theciderhouse.info/index.htm. Some problem with the licence due to the incompetent police force and utterly useles Bridgnorth Council was reported earlier. In order to comply with police demands to cut down on trouble at the pub, from 1st April 2006 customers will not be able to take drinks into the car park where there are usually a lot more people than inside the pub! The main reason to visit this pub is to try the Bulmers Special which is only available here and at The Hare & Hounds, Bridgenorth.
Ratlinghope

Old Rosie handpump on the bar, but not operational and according to one of the bar staff, "hasn't been working since I've been here". (Still has Stowford Press.)
Shrewsbury

Whitchurch
The Dodington Lodge Hotel[1].t 01948 662539 - SY13 1EN. We serve Draft Westons Cider in the Public Bar, alternating between Old Rosie & Traditional Scrumpy. Also in Bottles Mahorall Farm Cider - Medium Sweet Carbonated. For those with no Taste Buds we also have one that is served over Ice and a Sweet & Dry "Plastic Cider" also on Draft. Though we are hoping to convert those Drinkers to the Real Stuff. We also serve food 7 Days a week, Bar Snacks, Pizza and Restaurant.
