  • 8th Bath Cider Festival (Fri 13th & Sat 14th February 2015) - Bath Pavilion, North Parade Road, Bath BA2 4EU

Times: Friday 7.30pm-11.30pm; Saturday 11.00am-4pm & 7.30pm-11.30pm
Admission: Advanced tickets are £7.00 per session available from the box office on 01373 466626 or the CLS Tickets website, £8.00 on the door. Any unsold tickets will be made available on the door - but buying your tickets in advance is highly as evening sessions always sell out. Tickets on sale from the Pavilion Box Office now.
The Bath Cider Festival is one of the largest gatherings of real ciders and perries - and cider and perry drinkers - in the West. On offer will be over 100 ciders and perries including award-winning ciders from Somerset, Herefordshire, Hampshire and South Wales - as well as hog roast rolls and cheese platters, and a range of soft drinks for the drivers.
As well as the cider and perry, the Bristol Cider Festival will offer the best in local entertainment. Somerset's premier Wurzels tribute band The Mangledwurzels will be playing a full show at all three sessions, providing their own brand of Wurzels-flavoured, cider-fuelled Scrumpy & Western entertainment to help you drink up thy cider. The Mangledwurzels have played at all CiderFestivals.co.uk festivals across the country from Norwich to Swansea - and are guaranteed to entertain.

  • Cider and Cheese Festival (Sunday 31st August 2014) at Puxton Park, Cowslip Lane, Hewish, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset BS24 6AH (01934 523500)

Details: Join The Mangledwurzels and Clover the Cow to celebrate Puxton Park unveiling their new on-site £1,000,000 cheese dairy - and try their new Gorwydd Caerphilly cheese. Details: A charity fund-raising evening of Wurzels-flavoured, cider-fuelled Scrumpy & Western entertainment from The Mangledwurzels. Normal pub opening hours; The Mangledwurzels will be on stage from 9pm. All money raised will go to the Children's Hospice South West; tickets on sale at the pub priced £1.00. Coinciding with the amazing Balloon Fiesta over 25 artisan ciders will be on at The Portcullis from the 7th August - 10th August, showcasing the very best from West and Welsh cider mills.   • West Country Cider and Sausage Festival - Saturday 3rd - Sunday 4th May - Southbank Club, Dean Lane, Bristol

Bristol Cider Shop’s annual bank holiday knees-up is back! There will be over 30 varieties of the new season’s finest artisan cider and perry to try, along with a sizzling array of sausages on the BBQ. Entry is free during the day (12-6) and you are welcome to bring the family. Tickets for Sat/ Sun night (7-12) are £5, when there will be live music and a proper West Country party atmosphere! Details: Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club in association with Rich's Farmhouse Cider are holding their annual Wassail to raise money for charity (and ensure a good crop of apples, of course!).
