Dabinett
From Ukcider
Dabinett is a variety of apple, customarily used in Somerset for making cider.
It bears green-yellow fruit with a distinctive bittersweet flavour, and is probably related to the Chisel Jersey apple.
A number of cider manufacturers produce ciders made single variety ciders with Dabinett apples, including Severn, Thatchers and Sheppy's.
