Making a start...

I've had a go at adding some details about tannin, acid, flowering and cropping to a few of these cider apple varieties that I grow in my garden, just north of Nottingham. These are based on my experiences and on information gleaned from a variety of people, growers, cidermakers and other free sources. Feel free to add more information, particularly if your experiences are markedly different to mine. Maybe you could explain why you think your experiences are different, i.e. latitude, altitude, geography, orientation, soil type, etc.
