Reading's favourite backstreet boozer.
An Autumn Cider and Real Ale Festivalin October was held between Friday 16th October and Sunday 18th October 2009 featuring more than ten draught ciders with a couple of others in bottle. The also held two tutored cider tastings on Saturday 17th. However, there has been no further information submitted about 2010 as of yet. There may be something on their website below.
The Retreat was presented with a joint award for cider pub of the year 2009
