Production: 9 gallons (2004); 3 gallons (2005 - off year); 25 gallons so far from my own fruit... (2006). 150 gallons (2007). Website link: None. Location: Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. Just north of Nottingham. Orchard / Nursery: Garden 'micro-orchard' of 13 apple trees (cider / triple use / crab); bush, half-standards, standards and espalier. Oldest tree planted winter 1999/2000; youngest planted February 2005. Day job: Secondary schoolteacher. CAMRA Activity: APPLE rep (Cider & Perry Officer), Mansfield & Ashfield Branch. Other relevant details: Partner Gail also CAMRA member & Editor of Branch Magazine, keen Perry connoisseur - and builds great cheeses!

Best cider so far: 2006 Torkard Cider.
